I'm restarting my blog and starting anew. My goals for the next 75 days are to lose weight by having healthier habits starting on May 15th.

Cooking my own meals

Establishing a running routine

Joining some gyms for BJJ(10th planet Oakland), Boxing(King's Gym Oakland), Wrestling(UWC Hayward), and also FunctionalPatterns(FP Oakland)

Working on fundamental core movements to supplement my exercise
