I'm restarting my blog and starting anew. My goals for the next 60 days are to lose weight by having healthier habits.

Cooking my own meals

Establishing a running routine

Joining some gyms for BJJ(10th planet), Boxing(King's Gym), Wrestling(UWC)

Working on fundamental core movements to supplement my exercise
